Terms and refunds
These terms apply when you buy a package or a consultation from Canadian Legal Consultants, a trading name of MDG Legal & Corporate Services, Niagara Falls, Ontario.
What you are buying
The work listed under “Included” on the package you choose, done by Canadian Legal Consultants. Anything listed under “Not included” is not part of the price.
Fees
Each package shows our fee and any government fee apart. Government fees are passed on at cost and paid to the government office named. Prices are in Canadian dollars and no HST is added.
Refunds
- Our fee is refunded in full if you cancel before work begins.
- After work begins, it is refunded in proportion to the work not yet done.
- Government fees are refunded only if they have not yet been paid out.
- A consultation is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before it, and its fee is credited in full to any package you start within 30 days.
- Our mistakes are corrected at no charge.
What nobody can promise
Banks, government offices and grant programs make their own decisions. We prepare your applications carefully, but cannot promise an approval or a processing time set by someone else.

Marcia Dunkley Gabriel is not a lawyer or paralegal, and Canadian Legal Consultants is not a law firm. We are not licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and do not provide legal services or legal advice. Nothing on this site or in a consultation is legal, tax or immigration advice.
Your documents
Documents are sent through a private upload link, never through this website. Copies of ID are deleted once the filing is done. See the privacy page.
Renewals
The registered office renews only with your yes. You are told the price at least 30 days before each renewal.
